Office Policies
Please complete the initial intake forms online prior to your first visit. These forms will be accessible online through your patient portal. If it is your first visit, it is requested that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time.
Sacred Healing Acupuncture is by appointment only. Patients are encouraged to book 2-3 appointments in advance to guarantee your desired time and date. You may also add your name to the waitlist if you do not see the time and date you are requesting.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware of the 24-hour cancellation policy. No-shows and appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be subjected to a cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file. Same day cancellations or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. All patients, whether new or established, are subjected to this policy. Returning patients who continually cancel may be charged full price prior in order to book an appointment.
Before Your Treatment
Please do not drink coffee or energy drinks 2 hours before your appointment. Be sure to eat breakfast on the day of your appointment and arrive hydrated. If you have been physically active, please shower before your appointment.
What to Wear
Wear loose-fitting clothing that provides access to the arms and legs. Please bring a hair tie and wear minimal jewelry. If you are coming in for pelvic floor acupuncture and dry needling, please be advised that it may be necessary to remove certain items of clothing to properly access the pelvic floor. Please know that consent will always be asked prior to starting treatment as your safety and comfort are the top priority.
Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. We do not accept insurance at this time but a superbill can be provided to submit for reimbursement.
Cell Phone Policy
Please silence your cell phones before your appointment and no cellphone use during your treatment. This is meant to be a time for relaxing and unplugging.
